GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
• The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Spain have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
• Summer production break, which will take place from August 12th to August 25th.
  Please, submit your orders before July 1st (Monday) Midnight 
  Any pending orders will be proceeded as usually after the summer brake according to delivery method .After summer vacations information active is just for leather variants .
